This summer I decided to remake two of my favourite and most-worn garments, as the originals were looking a bit tired – and a bit tight.
The first of the garments I remade was a Pilatus swimsuit, and the second was this pair of Closet Core Pietra Shorts, in a size 12.
I loved my original Pietra Shorts so much, that I used the same fabric for this second pair (Robert Kaufman Essex Yarn Dyed) in a very similar colourway (Berry).
I’ve already been getting lots of wear out of this new pair of shorts – and I’m still wearing the originals around the house.
