I’ve used the hashtag #Friday as an example – so all posts shown include that hashtag. Easy to exclude certain posts by user or url. Fully customisable without code as it’s managed through the Elfsight website, then you just copy and paste the code below.
This is the free version below (with the ‘free feed’ button underneath, they’ve been clever so I can’t hide it with css!) Free version also only allows 200 views per month.

This is a plugin, I’ve already installed on this site and connected it to my Insta as an example. You can display it with a simple shortcode, or by dragging the ‘Instagram feed’ widget from elementor onto the page.
You can only filter posts or generate a feed from a hashtag through the pro version of this plugin, $49 per year. Most of the styling is only available via purchasing pro too.
This one allows you to create ‘shoppable’ feeds to boost sales though so it might be worth it.
